gym

Hey guys

This post is looking for advice in gaining size, something I have full intention of doing but am I right in going to the gym 5 times a week to master my intentions or can it be done in say 3 days a week?

My diet consists of eating protein at every meal but I’ve heard so many mixed messages about when to eat, some say every 3 hours so getting about 6 meals in a day and others say 3 main meals a day with supplements and snacks in-between. However it all sounds a bit too much to take control of especially with a busy lifestyle and a family to support so can I gain the body I desire by eating what I want when I want?

Improving Life

Hey guys

This is my first ever time posting and I just want to kick start it with how we can improve our lives. Now I know this is a very common question and something that we all ask ourselves, but how many of us know how we can do it? How do we go about turning that £1 into £1million, that Homer Simpson belly into Johnny Bravo physique?

Whether it be financially, socially involved or daily events we all at some point come to the conclusion of wanting and some cases needing to improve a particular situation. I’m referring to all of us because whether you may think you have everything going for you or believe you have the worse luck ever and fate has decided your life, I’m sorry to say you’re wrong because at some point in life you have chosen or will choose to; buy that new pair of shoes, or change your diet, or have that career that works better for you, or get your hair cut.

All of these are ways of improving ourselves, our image and our prosperity and as long as we stay on that level of wanting we shall get (that includes the £1million).
This happens with the law of attraction, which I have recently studied after reading a book called The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. The universe works as a wishing well ask, believe, receive... everything around us has come from mankind, our feelings, and our thoughts. Somebody had an image of what the Great Wall of China would look like and asked the universe to create it, they believed in the idea and received it. Somebody first thought of inventing a shuttle to the moon, the telephone, the internet. We create the world we live in by our thoughts; in order to receive we need to believe our thoughts have to be positivity. Now going back to the start of asking how we go about improving our lives, it’s simple positivity will take you there just ask, believe, receive... and don’t get me wrong this moment in time I’m a guy from Coventry city, England working 12hour shifts as a security officer but just like you and everybody else we have the ability to think, clear the negativity, put a few extra zeros on the end of your bank balance, believe you’re driving that Ferrari rather than the beat up metro. As I said before think you have already got rather than how you will get it.

Good luck and don’t say your wait for tomorrow or wait till you cleared a few debts because the moment you’re saying debt, you’re thinking debt and as long as you think debt you will have debt, law of attraction. Please respond with thoughts, situations, appreciation and thanks for reading
